Following the rebrand from EFMA to Qorus, the ambition was to reposition the organization from a traditional association into a modern, premium platform connecting innovation leaders across the financial industry.
My role was to lead the digital transformation of the brand experience, working closely with the design agency and internal stakeholders to translate the new positioning into a coherent digital ecosystem. This meant rethinking not only the website’s visual identity, but also how Qorus communicates its value, presents its offer, and creates meaningful interactions between members.
The main challenge was to create a digital experience that reflected Qorus’ new premium positioning while making the platform more relevant, engaging, and valuable for its members.
