Challenge.
Managing the Louis Vuitton City Guide app involved maintaining a cohesive user experience, staying within the branded UI while integrating within a complex technical setup and onboarding a big team of dedicated writers and content creators.
The
Result.
For the Paris 2024 Olympics, I led a significant update to the app, launching a dedicated edition for the event: the Paris Sport Edition. This special release featured hundreds of new curated addresses, original editorial content, and exclusive contributions from top local athletes, such as multi-medalist Enzo Lefort, to help users experience Paris as an Olympic city. The update not only showcased essential cultural and sports venues but also improved app performance for expanded user traffic around the Olympic period. As a result, the Louis Vuitton City Guide app not only met the increased demand but continued its trajectory as one of the top-travel guide apps, now boasting thousands of downloads globally and recognition as a must-have for luxury travelers
