The
Challenge.
There were two main challenges : the first was designing flows that worked for very different user types: applicants, jury members, public voters. The second was to have a website whose UX adapted itself based on the moment we were in the award process : submission, voting and registration to event.
The
Result.
The Innovation in Insurance Awards alone attracted 400+ submissions per year from more than 250 institutions across over 40–50 countries, with more than 850 institutions having participated since it's inception.
