The
Challenge.
The main challenge was building a site where diverse users—traditional financial institutions and fintechs—could easily find what they needed. At the same time, the UX had to remain intuitive while supporting both a comprehensive fintech library and an annual award process. I oversaw the design and development, which was outsourced to an agency, working closely with Capgemini and our internal team to solve practical design and technical issues and keep the project on track.
The
Result.
During it's existence, the platform had over 1,000 fintech companies registered. In 2021, the annual award event had over 300 submissions and over 1700 voters from financial institutions
